About Me

I’m a licensed professional counselor based in Tucson, where I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My work is grounded in a relational, depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy that focuses on understanding patterns, emotional experience, and the ways our histories continue to shape the present. I’m particularly interested in helping people who feel stuck in recurring relational or emotional cycles, even after developing insight about where those patterns began.

Alongside my clinical work, I’m currently completing doctoral training in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Arizona, while also pursuing a master’s degree in philosophy. My research and writing explore topics such as ethics in psychotherapy, relational risk, and the evolving role of technology in clinical practice. Within philosophy, my interests center on ethics, metaphysics, and epistemology—questions about how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and make meaning of our experiences.

My clinical training includes depth-oriented psychotherapy and advanced study in psychoanalytic theory, as well as trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR. I aim to offer a grounded, thoughtful therapeutic space where curiosity, reflection, and emotional experience can unfold at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and hiking with my dogs in the desert landscapes around Tucson.
