Where uncertainty becomes the beginning of something.

The threshold is where the work happens.

Many people arrive at therapy after spending a long time trying to understand or work through things on their own. You may already have insight into your patterns and experiences, yet still find yourself feeling stuck in certain emotions, relationships, or cycles that are difficult to shift.

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s natural to wonder whether a therapist will truly understand what you’re going through. My hope is that this space gives you a sense of how I approach the work. If what you read here resonates, I would welcome the opportunity to connect and explore whether working together might be helpful.

I accept insurance through Headway, which allows clients to check their benefits and schedule appointments easily. You can use the scheduling button on this site to see if your insurance is accepted and book directly
